This project is a brilliant example of how using CGI during the planning process can help alleviate potential push back from authorities and conservation officers.

In this case conservation weren’t keen on losing an existing green and open space, which is currently just for 1 house.

Planning officers wanted visuals showcasing how verdant and green the three new units to the rear will be.

In this case, the space will lose some trees, but more are being planted to replace them and a lot of time has been spent thinking about the landscaping for the scheme to appease conservation officers to make ensure this remains a green and lush space.

Representing ‘what will be’ is not possible in this level of detail without the use of CGI and the planning was granted in October for Dunstir Austin Ltd.
