We want to take a look back at one of our favourite recent projects for Paramount Land & Development.
The layout of the CGI has been carefully designed to integrate into the surroundings and put the development into context.
The site itself sits at a prominent location at the junction between Kearsney Avenue and London Road in Dover and the proposal incorporates the conversion of the former public house into a two storey residential apartment building containing 6 no. apartments.
A set of 2 semi detached houses are proposed to front onto London Road, reinforcing the existing building line along the street.
The proposal creates a more cohesive street scene, as currently there is no built form along the site boundary to London Road, which causes it to appear disjointed.
Another set of semi detached houses are also proposed to the
eastern site boundary.
The CGI in this case have been used as planning application materials and will then carry on the development journey to be reused as off plan marketing materials.
